We understand that changes to your schedule happen. We simply ask for 24 hours notice to try and offer your appointment time to a patient who is trying to get in for their treatment.

We apply a “broken appointment” fee of $50 for all appointments canceled within 24 hours.

Additionally, patients who miss appointments with no notice will be charged a “no show” fee of $50.

These fees are not submitted to insurance companies.
