How We Operate?

We are proud to provide a unique dental experience with the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Your ability to communicate with us is vital. In the unfortunate event that you have a dental emergency after hours, please leave a detailed message at 207-608-3094 and your call will be returned promptly.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete treatment plan is provided with very transparent pricing and fees broken down by each appointment. Payment is expected on the day services are provided. In the event that we are submitting for insurance payment, we can send a bill after we have received payment from your insurance company. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. For more details visit our “Payment Options” section of our website.

Cancellation & Broken Apppointments
We do our best to serve as many patients as our time allows. Appointment times are valuable to our practice, to you as the patient, and to others who are patiently waiting to be seen. We kindly ask all patients to respect appointment times.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50. Similarly, if a patient does not show up for an appointment you will be charged a broken appointment fee of $50.
